The dry-season is just started and we have already the seasonal winner, this time a couple of them:

the first prize goes to is a tuk-tuk driver going wrong way, without lights, with two elder foreign tourists aboard, who were obviously terrorized; the ex-equo winner is a boy on a bicycle, riding with a 20 litres water tank as pillion, and watching for a nice girl walking on his right instead of watching for the approaching tuk-tuk coming, as said, wrong way.

Result: they crashed, the elder tourists run away in despair, the 20 litres of water were pleasantly cleaning the blood from the tarmac.The police came and seized both vehicles.
