The premises are the same used by the Hotel School to train its students.

We send our kitchen's staff every morning to the Sihanoukville's main market , to choose the freshest ingredients for our dishes. Our trainees generally come from the coastal provinces or from rural areas around town, they have been taught since their childhood how to recognize the best quality at local marketplaces. The freshest seafood and vegetables are guaranteed .

For your sweet tooth, we are glad to introduce what many call already "the best in town" : our ice cream, made following strict Italian standards and using only local fresh fruit and natural ingredients. Enjoy it after a day on the beach, such refreshing !
